The Partner Website Care Plan is our highest level of ongoing support. It’s designed for teams who want a steady partner thinking about their site every month.

What’s included:

• Up to 6 hours per month total
  • Any mix of website edits, implementation, UX, or strategy
• Priority response: same or next business day
• Quarterly strategy session included
  • Strategy time counts toward the 6 monthly hours
• Security, uptime, and core software updates
• Ongoing performance monitoring and optimization
• 3‑month minimum, then month‑to‑month
• Overages billed at $150/hour

Most work on this plan stays close to the website: new pages and sections, campaign and promo landing pages, UX improvements, and light design refinements on the site. For bigger brand initiatives (identity work, menu systems, packaging, multi-channel campaigns), we’ll typically recommend pairing this with Fractional Web + Brand Support.
