Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of work can I use these hours for?
Design, UX, content, and light theme/configuration inside the platform you already use (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, etc.). Things like layout tweaks, page refreshes, new sections, landing pages, and on‑page content updates.
What’s not included?
These blocks donotinclude custom development, new app or plugin builds, heavy integrations, or full site rebuilds / migrations. If your request falls into that category, we’ll flag it and recommend a fixed‑fee project instead.
How do I know how many hours I need?
Rough guide:
- 5 hours: a few specific fixes and polish.
- 10 hours: a focused tune‑up around one goal or campaign.
- 15 hours: a small site/brand refresh.
- 25 hours: support for a focused launch or bigger reset.
- 50 hours: ongoing improvements over a couple of months.
If you’re unsure, pick the closest tier and we’ll help prioritize the list.
What happens after I purchase?
You’ll get an intake link to share your site, goals, and a wish list. We’ll confirm what fits in your block, set priorities, and then work through your list in order of impact. You’ll see progress as we complete items until the hours are used.
What if my requests need more hours or custom dev?
If we see that your wishlist is bigger than the block you bought or crosses into custom dev, we’ll tell you straight. You can either:
- Add another block, or
- Have us scope a separate fixed‑fee project for the custom dev portion.
